SCHOOL FEES

St. Gabriel’s School is an independent primary school with an established governance structure. The School is managed in conjunction with the Principal by a Board of Management, largely elected by parents and teachers of the School. We, parents and teachers together, form the charitable corporation known as St. Gabriel’s Management Inc.

A capital contribution, which is a non-refundable, one-off payment, is required of every student entering the School and is payable on acceptance of the offered place. This is an essential component of the financial structure of the School, as this contribution allows for the continued development and maintenance of the School’s facilities.

The Capital Contribution payment structure is as follows:

  • One payment of $1900 for the first child.
  • A payment of $1000 for each additional sibling entering St. Gabriel’s. This is valid within one academic year after the first child has left the School.
Non-National children are required to pay a DEPOSIT of one Term’s Fees. This deposit is refundable when the child leaves the school, provided that ONE TERM’S NOTICE IS GIVEN IN WRITING IN ADVANCE.
 
School fees, which are paid at the beginning of each term and reviewed every two years, contribute to the operating costs of the School, such as salaries, wages and other expenses. 
 
Fees may be paid online as a Bill Payment at First Caribbean International Bank – Account 68701113 or in the school office by Debit or Credit Card, Cheque or cash.
 
The fees include the following additional materials and services, apart from tuition in the standard curriculum.
In the Infant Department:
Music and Movement classes
Learning Support teaching, where necessary
Spanish
In the Junior Department:
Spanish
Specialist Science classes for J3 and J4
Drama for J3 and J4

With face-to-face classes, a 10% reduction on tuition will be given if Nursery students attend 1⁄2 day (daily from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.) for the ter

A 10% discount on tuition is also granted to the third child in each family if three children are in
attendance at the School simultaneously.

Cashless Payment

St. Gabriel’s School is moving towards a cashless system. Parents are encouraged to pay fees and other incidentals (PE Kit etc.) online, by Debit or Credit Card or cheque. Kindly remember to email proof of payment to sgsreceipts@gmail.com or to stgabrielsfinance@gmail.com. Thank – you for your co-operation in this matter.

Payment of School Fees

Fees may be paid by Credit/Debit card, cheque in the School’s Admin office which is open for payments from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Wednesday and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., unless otherwise stated. Kindly note that on Thursdays the Accounts office is not accessible as those days are set aside for administrative and other necessary undertakings.

Please be reminded that School fees must be paid promptly and preferably online, via the CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank.

CIBC First Caribbean International Bank customers making payments online must use the “Bill Pay” option to detail your child’s name and class to ensure that your fee payment is correctly applied.

  • Third-party transfers to the School’s account at FCIB may also be facilitated online. You may be required to combine the branch number and account number into one for transfer i.e. 0932668701113 (using the account information above). 
  • Scotiabank customers paying fees online, kindly use the following to transfer funds: 0000068701113. 

Please use the memo fields to detail your child’s name (last name first) and class. Example – Smith John, Top S.

To ensure the timely and accurate allocation of your payments, you are reminded to kindly email a copy of your receipt which shows the reference number, date of payment and amount of payment to sgsreceipts@gmail.com or stgabrielsfinance@gmail.comAlternatively, payments may be made by Credit/Debit card or cheque at the School’s Admin office.
